Toolkit for the Regular Day - Outline

Regular Day Toolkit This document has the purpose of outlining the process of starting a journey towards a regular day.  I. Observation.      A. The process starts with observation, paying attention to how you spend your day.          1. Just watch yourself, don't judge, don't make plans, simply pay attention.                a. The act of observation changes things, try to minimize its impact.               b. The purpose is to discover what your day looks like now.          2. Grok is super Something new from Chat GTP:   Tis the season. As some of you know I work in logistics for a retailer. As this week approached I was running low on options and selected a trucking company with a slick sales pitch. I just want to apologize to all the folks in Whoville for my mistake. Symbolizes the birth of intentionality—Regular Day takes shape. 3. Shadows Stretching Behind The rising sun casts elongated shadows. Four distinct shapes emerge behind the figure: a warped mirror, flickering flame, scattered puzzle, and tangled threads. Each shado...

Over time for the sake of producing "something" it has become unfocused and overburdened. The raw form is there, it is time to introduce the hammer. Today it is not about the final form, just what it will be made of.  Extracted from the 10/04/2023 post:  This is the beginning of something I feel may be worthwhile.      The quote “A beginning is a very delicate time” is part of the original book Dune by Frank Herbert. I know that how things begin can have an impact on how things will go. A beginning of a new idea or the attempt to implement an old idea in a better way can sometimes spell disaster. So I have been very cautions on how I begin to write this down.       Sometimes one must just jump in. This blog is not about the end product, it is about the struggle to produce so...
