WWW (what went wrong)
Good morning. Once in a while things stack up in such a way that they can only be described as haywire. Personally, my gut reaction to such a situation is to review my own actions, and ask where did I go wrong. Yesterday I ran into a complex situation that was totally haywire and I could not find any fault in my actions. Since most of the time I find that I turned over the first domino and try to mitigate the current situation and take actions to prevent a repeat. On this particular situation I can not find what went wrong and currently have no hint on how to correct it. Now I have to either face failure or ask all the participants where did this start, how do I fix it, and what action needs to happen to prevent a recurrence. At the end of the day I find when things are my fault they are much easier to fix. <needs work but a good start>
